As Director of Information Technology at Praxis Spinal Cord Institute, Fred spearheaded the transition of the legacy Global Registry Platform from Telus to Azure, resulting in a 75% reduction in hosting costs. He also revamped internal processes to enhance customer support and he currently oversees all software development and infrastructure-related activities.

In his role as Director of Commercialization at Praxis Spinal Cord Institute, Fred pioneered a shift in strategy by establishing and managing the world’s first accelerator dedicated to fast-tracking market entry for startups with innovative solutions aimed at improving the lives of people with lived experience in Spinal Cord Injury.

As CEO and Chief Engineer at Acecla Technology, Fred led the engineering team and product strategy, successfully overseeing the software development of over seven SaaS applications.

As founder and Leader of AeroTrack Technologies, Fred effectively managed the development of three aviation software platforms and two health tech applications. All projects were delivered on time and within budget, meeting all customer requirements.

As a Co-founder and COO of VanHack Technologies, Fred collaborated with the CEO to establish its initial strategy and corporate structure. This leadership led to a doubling of revenues annually, culminating in an income of over $8m in 2021.

As a Co-Founder, COO and interim CEO of AeroInfo Systems (Boeing Vancouver), Fred defined the organization’s initial product lines and managed the entire software & infrastructure areas with over 200 professionals. Fred was instrumental in driving the organization’s growth from its inception to over 200 employees in 10 years, surpassing all corporate targets.
