Scaling a Global Aerospace Technology Organization

Co-founded and helped scale AeroInfo Systems, later Boeing Vancouver, from 15 employees to more than 250 employees and over US$40 million in annual revenue. Led multiple engineering managers and more than 200 professionals across software engineering, quality assurance, infrastructure, delivery and client services supporting mission-critical systems for Boeing and aerospace customers around the world.

Reducing Cost While Strengthening Resilience

At Praxis Spinal Cord Institute, directed the migration of legacy infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, reducing infrastructure costs by approximately 75% while improving resilience, scalability and operational performance. Established stronger governance, cybersecurity, service management and operational controls to support the organization’s national healthcare and research mandate.

Scaling a Global SaaS Platform

As an early-stage investor, board member, and Fractional COO, I served as a strategic sounding board for the CEO and CTO during the company's early growth phases. I provided advisory support on the recruiting product vision and marketplace optimization, helping the founder refine workflows to improve candidate selection rates for global customers. By collaborating on company vision and operational structure, I helped support the foundational frameworks as the platform scaled to 500,000+ users across 128 countries and reached US$10M+ in revenue

Modernizing Mission-Critical Platforms

As founder and CEO of AeroTrack Technologies and through other leadership roles, directed the modernization and delivery of technology platforms across aerospace, education and enterprise environments. Some of my relevant work included a service-tracking platform for Gogo Business Aviation, modernization of Sonaca’s repair-tracking system, and a student-reporting platform for Maple Bear Global Schools improving operational visibility, workflow efficiency and service delivery.

Strengthening Governance & Advancing Responsible AI

Built practical technology governance, cybersecurity, privacy and compliance practices that balanced innovation with organizational risk. At Praxis, led the development of an AI-powered spinal cord injury chatbot, demonstrating how emerging technology could be applied responsibly to improve access to specialized information and services.
